Q: How much does it cost to rent a moon bounce?
A: See individual inflatables for pricing. Prices vary according to styles and sizes. We often do weekd day specials or promotions.
Q: How long is an all day rental?
A:6 hours. Specific rental times vary and can be discussed prior to a booking. We try to be flexible.
Q: Can I pick up and set up myself?
A: No Saftey first. We are required to deliver and set up all our moon bounce, water slide and inflatable rentals. We also need to go over the saftey and operational rules.
Q: Do you clean your units?
A: Units are cleaned and sanitized for use?
Q.: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require 7 days notice if you need to cancel your booking. Deposits are non refundable. We will refund a deposit in the case of bad weather. Bravo Bounce reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to safety considerations and adverse weather.
Q: Do you accept credit cards
A: Yes Visa, Mastercard, discover and checks. WE DO NOT accept american express.
Q: How many people can bounce at the same time?
A: Depends on the moon bounceand average weight and size of the participants. Patrons should always be of similar weight and size for safety reasons.
Q: Do you set up in parks? Can you set up on concrete or asphalt.
A: Yes we carry the neccessary insurance to set up in all Delaware, Pennyslvania and Maryland State Parks. We can set up on concrete. We need to know this at the time of bookings and sandbags will be used to secure the inflatables. If the booking is on grass we will use stakes to secure the bounces.
Q: Do we need to provide electricity?
A: The blowers for the moon bounces are powered by electricity. We can run an outdoor extension cord to the nearest outlet, which should be no more than 75ft away. If there is no electricty present then a generator will be needed to power the bounce. The customer can provide this or we can provide our generator with gas at extra cost if it is available.
Q: How do I book a moon bounce or hire a reserve a bounce house rental?
Q: Are there any saftey rules to observe?
A: Yes. Bravo Bounce will go over all rules on set up. If rain is encountered, ask everyone to quickly exit the bounce, unplug the blower and allow the unit to deflate. The unit must not be used in heavy winds in excess of 15mph or heavy rain. Once the weather has passed, plug the blower back in, allow the unit to inflate and have an adult dry the interior with a towel. Once the unit is dry it can be used again.
